Default slp dual dual vs magnaflow

is the magnaflow any louder with lts and metallic spun cats than the factory dual dual.

IT will be, but they flow about the same, so changing it up is just more of a sound preference. All in the ears of the beholder.

Are the factory (SLP) dual-duals that good performance-wise? Wouldn't there be some advantage performance wise with swapping to a new catback or is it all for a better sound if you get rid of the dual-dual?

I had a dual/dual on my car when it had MAC mids and an ORY and it was pretty mellow and didn't seem to choke the car out any.

Some came with a baffle welded in to help silence them, that might rob performance if yours has it. Otherwise, I believe the consensus is that they flow very well.

The Magnaflow sounds more aggressive which is pretty nice IMO.
