new exhaust, and 200 miles on a stock gas tank???
This is weird... My buddies and I have just installed my lt headers, and x pipe on an EGR car. We ripped out the EGR an the rear O2 sensors. THe car runs good and sounds, but I noticed I was getting much worse gas mileage. Like less than 200 mile on a full tank. Does anyone know what size are stock tank are. And what is the problem? Do I need a tune?

Probably 2 things....
You're running really rich (do you have a strong gas smell coming from the exhaust?) and need to tune for no egr, no cats, no rear o2's like king nothing said.
You like hearing the exhaust so your foot is a little heavier lol

I'm having the same exact problem, my fuel mileage has gone to **** on this tank right after my header/exhaust install. I know i'm running rich, but I never thought it would hurt my gas mileage that bad.

A good tune and keeping your foot of the pedal should help alot. It's pretty normal to get crappy milage after headers not only are you probably running rich but as everyone else said you want to hear your new exhaust so you keep romping down on the pedel to hear it. I went from getting 18-19 mpg before headers. After headers and a tune I get 22-23mpg.
