Default Sodium Filled exhaust valves???

I don't know much about heads but when shopping for heads you have infintite options...My question is, sodium filled valves, titanium valves, stock valves. What's the difference and if you plan to run 450ish, does it matter which you have???

thanks in advance

Stainless valves are fine for your app. Sodium filled are a lightweight exhaust valve but not as strong as SS.
