Default Another Steering Knuckle Problem

Is there a way to move the knuckle up on the shaft? I have grinded down the bolt head so it don't touch. I also grinded the other end that has the notch, but I dont want to grind it so much that it ***** up the knuckle. Any suggestions. Would heating the header and denting it be the best bet
