Default Electric cutout wiring?

Guys with electric cutouts, whats the best/easiest way to wire them up?

I bought an ebay brand electronic cutout and it plugs into the cig lighter (not too enthused with that bit, may hardwire it later, but for $120 it looks and works fantastic!) and would like to know how to wire it from under the car to that location.

Like to keep my stuff as clean as possible, so up through the dash/carpet nearest that spot is preferred, but what I haven't looked at yet is the underside of my car, to see if there's any "holes" or access points to get the wires into the cockpit in the y-pipe/I-pipe area.

How did you do yours?
Pictures help for sure!

Car is a 95 LT1, but I figured this section would get more hits, and its not a super specific question as long as they're the same on the underside

run the wiring through the rubber plug under the pass side rear seat under the carpet to either the dash or center console.

^^ That's a question I'd like to know as well. All the sites I want to order from ask how long the wires need to be.

I'm in for the answer as well, but I'm assuming 7ft at most.
Also, should the cutout be before or after the CAT converter?
Whats the ebay seller's name? PM me please.
