Question BR6EF plugs back to TR55...is it needed?

I was running a nitrous set up on my car for a few months but have recently sold it. Was using the NGK BR6EF plug...should I go back to the TR55 that I was using before? If so, I still have the ones that were taken out so would those still be good?

yeah that's why i'm asking, it's gotten really cold lately and it feels like the car is idling a little off. i'm coming up on needing an oil change so i'm going to be doing that this weekend
