I have OBDII compliant Magnaflow Hi-Flow Heavy Metal cats part # 99659HM. I have not installed them yet but when you hold them up to look through them you can see through the other end so they look to me like they are going to flow pretty good. I got the pair on eBay shipped for 170.00 not bad IMO.

I've heard good things about them. I bought a set of Thunderbolt ceramic hi-flows and they were horrible. They killed the smell, however they also reduced the exhaust level in half and what seemed like 20-30 hp. They've since been gutted. I've always heard the metallics flow better, but the ceramics were easier to gut. I just need to pass a visual here, no sniffer.

I have a Kooks catted Y that uses the Magnaflow spun cats. Made my car a descent amount quiter and no bad smell.
Also after I took the exhaust off to mount some new suspension pieces the Spun metal inside the cats were still perfect.
