Default Radiator Question (Going Vertical)

I'm currently trying to install a Griffin radiator, I'm running an F1C blower that has a huge inlet pipe... That pipe is preventing me from standing up the radiator 100%... I would have to look my hood latch and methanol tank (windshield washer fluid tank.) I want to avoid doing this.

My question is this, the Griffin is currently sitting a slightly more aggressive angle than a stock one would sit. With it not being as bad as the previous angle (almost horizontal) and with no AC condenser in front of it, do you guys think it will still over heat? I will be running dual fans with a total of 2500 cfm's. The Griffin is the same radiator found all over the board for stand up applications.
