ET Gains?

ET Gains? will i gain anything other than alot of noise at the track if i put a cutout in place of the "I" pipe right before the muffler, i have LT's,ORY and slp lm2 catback?

Might depend on your ORY - I was running TD's and then switched to a Pacesetter ORY with a Magnaflow CB and lost .35 sec in the 1/4 - that's the only change I did and the temp and DA on both nights were very near identical.
Needless to say, the TD's are going back on for the next track outing.

The funny thing about a cut out is i gain 30hp when i open it. I have a 402ci with kook 1 7/8,off roads and a b&b catback. The b&b is whats killing my power,it sucks bad. My boy has a 383ci kook 1 7/8, offroads and a stock centermount ss catback. he only gains 5hp on the same dyno. It's all in your exhaust.
