Default slight miss causing a 600-800 idle

i have the idle set at 800 but have a miss. i checked OHMs on A, D terminals of the coils all seem 72-75 ohms but the rear was 85 (front drivers side seems to be the problem). all plug wires are the same for resistance. the suspect cylinder does have a brand new plug ( AC delco different part # but it refernces the same). Based on the change in RPMs at idle i would think that it would be something more than a exaust leak? Kinda sounds like a 2 stroke when a plug just starts to foul; still fires sometimes but not all the time. i was running E 85 just switched back i thought that might be the problem but it still runs the same. i noticed the injector plug was a tad bit loose but i might have bumped it when i took the coils off. anyone else have this problem ?? motors got 9 k on it injectors 5 yrs / 40 k about. Just put new rocker arms and pushrods valvesprings.
