Fast 102/102 tb wont idle after install on 418
So, finally got all the goodies in for the fast102 and 102 tb..
also recently installed a 418 ls3 stroker as well.
when the stroker was installed w/ the same injectors and the ls6 intake manifold the idled fine and when blipping throttle motor would rev.
now after 102
i put the map in the front took it apart and resealed it w/ silicone in the back passenger corner. put my plugs in for the vaccuum lines i am no longer using. tested the voltage for the TPS sensor .51 closed and 4.45 open on the new tb. made sure i transfered over the other sensor that is on top of the tb and made sure everything sealed up and the fuel isnt leaking..
started her up and it will start up but immediately die..
i tried to start it up and keep the tb open slightly but to no dice..
this has been tuned numerous times for a cam / head swap and other misc items..
is it just a matter of a retune or am i looking at something a little more serious?

battery is always disconnected as it is a track car.
and rear 1 vaccum is capped off other going to brake booster
front 1 is capped opp, 1 goes to valley cover
and tb has 1 going to valve cover.
could the tb/intake be a little too much to handle without a tune?
the current cam i have is a tsunami as well and the last tune was for intake heads..
since then its got a stroker/ raised c:r / added intake / tb

It just might be man.. I'm sure its sucking a whole lot more air in now than that LS6 could handle.. I believe the LS6 is good to about 250-260 cfm and the 102 up to 300+ when ported or more.
When I added my Fast 92/92 to the 346 cam only it hesitated for like 10 seconds and then it came alive and had a high idle until it learned itself.. I think if you could get it started and keep it running it would learn itself out to at least manage a drive to the tuner.

yeah map sensor is plugged in. and the intake is sealed.
i'll pull the map back out double check my wiring for the extension
and that is about it.
the car will be trailered to the tuners but at the same time i dont want to waste his or my time by taking it down only to realize that something is off.

Intake leaks will cause cars to stall real easily. Unless you have access to a tech 2 to tell you what the computer is seeing from the sensors I would look for anything mechanical to be 100% sure its not leaking. Its pretty easy to pull them back off worst case scenario to check the intake and seals out real good and reinstall it.
