Default Wiring Harness

Looking for some help on a wiring harness.Wanting to build a custom wiring harness for my ls6 motor to put in my pontoon boat.Needing a outlet for the connectors and does anyone know exactly what connectors are needed.Thanks

Just call PSI and let them build you one. They're a sponcer and you'll be a lot better off.

I am glad they are a sponser.but I can not afford 500 plus dollars for a harness.Plus I want the ability to hide the wires as much as possable.Thanks

What do you mean you "need an outlet for the connectors"? Building the harness is pretty straight forward. If you can read schematics and pinouts and have a little patience then you can do the re-wire.

I think he wants to build one from scratch. Do a search online for LS1 harness connectors. There are several places that sell them.

Or just head to your local pick and pull and cut some off another vehicle. Thats how I always get my connectors. Then you can just pull the pins and replace with your new stuff. I can usually pick up a few sets for about 10 bucks.

You can use TXL 20 AWG GAUGE stranded wire and the pins are Micro DD 100 pins, try the local electronics shop/site for those (mouser, digi-key...)
