Default How to fix leaks at new cat backs clamps?

I recently had a Magnaflow Quad tipped system #16723 installed on my 2000 WS6 by a local performance shop. The system uses the 1" wide band clamps on all it's connections. It leaks from each of these connections. You can see condensation spittout of them when the car is running as well as bronzing from where the gasses are coming out against the stainless metal.

What would be the best course of action to fix these leaks assuming it's not a tightness issue? Is there a better clamp to use that wont cost an arm and a leg a piece?

I used summit racing stainless steel band clamps. They're 3 inches wide. And you can go to advance auto or somewhere an get exhaust paste. It's like a liquid clay substance that seals up your leaks

Well, looks like rock auto it is then. I called autozone, pep boys, oreillys, and 3 local exhaust shops and none of them have them. They only have the crappy u bolt clamps. Yuck.
