need to buy a new exhaust but cant decide whi h way to go
I have a 98cake ws6 stock motor with bolt ons. I just bought a vortech supercharger to install. Right now im stock manifolds off road y and lm1. Im about to put in long tubes and the lm1 exhaust is already to raspy so im gonna have to make some changes. Gi e me some opinions on these ideas.
Buy the powerflo and add it to the lm1
Or
Tsp true duals with sweet thunders
Which would sound better? Will I get much more hp from the true dual set up?

I've been through this situation a million times in my head. Catback or true duals. Given the best sound and added power I have decided with TSP duals myself. Just cant get anything close to the sound in my opinion.

Im making numbers in my sig with hooker 1 3/4 in lt's with tsp oryp and a hooker catback. It has enough torque to break the 315 sumitomos free at 50mph in 2nd gear with 3.23's and the stock stall converter. This is all with stock drivetrain and 191k miles. I had td's before the blower and it was too loud for dd car IMHO...

StainlessWorks 3.5" cat-back, or a Mufflex 4" cat back are a few more options.

Another idea is I guess I could have a quiet muffler welded into my loud mouth and run dual electric cut outs on the y pipe. Is there room for dual cut outs on the y???
I'm guessing the duals would flow better than a single cut out at the end of the y thats why I was thinking dual cut outs.
