Default Adjust Throttle Cable.?

Ive been seeing some threads about people adjusting them and was wondering how you do it...I poped off the cover and saw the cable and the little rotating cylineder that has the teeth on it but didnt know what to tighten?

Unlock it, pull the two sides of the jacket apart
until you snug it up (just barely don't make the
throttle pulley start to move) and relock it.

There may be other cable sections that also
need adjustment, and some of these are non-
adjustable (you may have to add home-made
spacer at the gas pedal on a traction-control
car if you have as much slop as I did).
