All the LS/LQ manifolds have the same sized AIR ports in the mani's. Should work just fine.

Here is how I did it

I Can get OSHA approved box cutters at work, they come with a small aluminum sleeve. I flattended the sleeve and used the egr valve connection as the template and made the insert to put between the plate.

Break the end fitting to the egr valve off of egr valve itself. You will not be reselling or using the egr valve so use what you can. Use the fitting to bolt back onto the header fitting using a block off Plate which for me was a box cutter sleeve.

I'm not sure if a beer can would work, however you just need the fitting off of the egr valve and something to put between it. No need to waste money on a kit

I went to Lowes and bought a $1.97 piece of mending plate, used the gaskets to trace out the pattern, and a cutting wheel to cut it into the block offs. Worked perfect. I have about 30 mins of work, and $8 dollars including new gaskets in mine.
