Reccomend an exhaust for deep sound
Getting My first ls1.
Car comes with Pacesetter headers & Kooks Y ORY Pipe and LM2 catback.
I'm not too sure about lm2. What else can I use with my LT & ORY that will give me a deep / old muscle car sound with minimum rasp?
Should I go with dumped exhaust if the ORY wont give me that sound? If so H or X pipe?
TIA

Check out the LS1sounds website...bunch of goodies there.
Borla is noted for having a very deep tone.
One alternative to get that old school muscle car sound would be to add an electric cutout in the intermediate pipe of your current exhaust. You can minimze the rasp by only partially opening the butterfly valve (I open mine roughly 40%). Upgrade the cam in your car and crack open the cutout -- tough to get much more old school muscle car than that!
