I'd imagine you're pushing it pretty close to the stock fuel pump limit with the mods above since you should be sitting at mid-400's rwhp. The FAST 92/92 would be your best bet and as far as I'm concerned, I would just get you a SLP lip or similar and use the stock MAF or upgrade to a SLP 85mm.

Go straight to the 102. Better design, worth a a bit of power over the 92 and roughly the same price.

Just pick up a set of Ls2 rails and clearance the water pump a bit and let it eat.

i heard the 102 need lot of work to make it fit and heard lots of people say they lost power.
does anyone have the part nuber for the z06 maf.. what do you think the power i sould make with all of this. would i be able to wait till next year to do fuel pump. can i get it tunned with factory pump or will it cause any problems tunning it.

You will not lose power with the 102 if you do everything correctly.

I just told you earlier that you need Ls2 fuel rails to make it fit...that's it. Why is that a lot of work?

Do I have to move the map sensor on the 102. I thought the 102 is for bigger displacement engines.

For ease, yes relocate it. But it is not required. The 102 is designed to work with stock engines up to wild solid roller big cube engines.

Doesn't need alot of work. Just a bit of grinding on the waterpump and different fuel pump.

Z06 MAF p/n # 25341604

450-470 range rear wheel, your running the TFS's are you milling to up the compression?

Do the pump now, your pushing it. You don't want to get on the dyno and start running out of fuel pump. You'll be wasting yours and the tuners time.

You have a stout set-up going on. I would go for the 102. Everyone else just repeats that they have heard of people loosing power because they see someone say it on here and it just keeps getting passed around.

The 92mm doesn't have to have the water pump ground. No fuel rail, and is a little cheaper.

Fast toys 98mm lid and the Z06 MAF and a hose to hook it all up is what you'll need. The MAF is here: http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...maf-w-harness/

Vengeance Racing sells a kit with billet rails, lines, port program, NW 102 throttle body and the actual manifold itself for $1750. That really isn't that bad. You can also go with a stock style rail to save a little cash.

The 92mm is $850 from Scoggin Dicky. Speed Inc has the NW 92mm TB for $400.

Also consider a SSRA, FTRA, or a Chris1313 ram air intake as well.

My heads are not milked just out of the box like I was told from eps. I was kinda hoping to do fuel pump next year.

A Racetronix hotwire harness and pump is only $200.00.

Did Geoff tell you not to mill them, or that it would "work" with them stock?

The TFS's have a thick deck so you can mill them without effecting your P2V clearance.

Mine are milled to 59cc and I have enough clearance for a 240/244 cam.

Milling any head will effect ptv. However, what Geoff told me is to put it together and check ptv, then mill accordingly.

But in all reality a new fast 92/92 combo over a ls6 intake on a h/c setup will still make a big difference?
