I did with a 90 degree drill when I put the heads on. But I missed my mark there is a broken bolt in there with the hole off centered. I need to pull the head get the old bolt out get it filled then re drill and tap the hole out. See why I am pissed now.

Got it figured out.

Should I disassemble this thing before install to check the seal?
When I install it, 2nd pass 50in pound torque do I keep making passes until it doesnt move? I have alwas did that with the stocker without issues please advise.
Thanks

You can if you want but you really don't have to, but if you do you will want to but a little silicone on the spots were they did. When you torque it down first pass 30in/lbs second pass 50in/lbs and leave it there.
