Default LS1 Compression Test now Ive got a miss fire???

My car has been burning some oil more than normal. I have no oil leaks but u can see smoke only WOT..so i decided to do a compression check b4 i throw on a set of heads or any more $ into it and here are my numbers..

#1 140
#2 158
#3 141
#4 161
#5 76,80,90,104 (not good)
#6 125 (not good)
#7 164
#8 158

i picked the car up from the shop an may live 2miles @ most from it and the car was miss firing and started popping and dont understand Y?? it never has done this on me b4 i got this test done. I checked the plug wires all were fine and i dont think any coils would of gone out bc of this??

I know the #5 and #6 are bad numbers and since this was a compression an not a leakdown test will a leakdown pin point it better in the heads or rings?? i hope its in the heads bc i was gona buy 243s soon..

My mods are that would matter are catch can, full exhaust no cats, mild cam no idea on size, msd ignition wires, 853 heads idk about the valves or any other internals,

make sure that the shop tightened all of the spark plugs. If they're tight, take them out and see if they broke any.
