Default Cut out questions...

Is it better if I get two cut outs and place them right after the cats on each side or should I just get one cut out and place it right before the muffler...
Which way would be best performance wise???
Also will it sound ok with a cut out on stock exhaust manifolds????

i run a single QTEC (www.quicktimeperformance.com) cutout..... and when i close it it sounds pretty quiet considering i have headers and ORY(no cats)

if you run a dual cutout setup it will be a little louder

I have a standard cutout on my stock 00 WS6 M6 in the intermediate pipe just before the pass. rear tire. If you look under the car and follow the exhaust to the area where the passenger door meets the quater panel you'll see an area in the floorboard where it raises up, perfectly for the cutout. It's almost like GM made that specifically for a cutout When installing the cutout....be sure to angle the outlet towards the ground a bit so the floor doesn't get hot. I have a completely staock WS6 on my WS6 from the motor to the bumper and it sounds great!
