TSP true duals install?

TSP true duals install? For those of you with the tsp true duals dumped, do you recommend using a ramp style lift during the install to allow higher mounting due to the torque arm being out of the way? Or is it better to use a 4 point life and butt it up against the TA? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
