Default MAP Location critical?

Ok....

It appears my PSI conversion harness is wired to have the MAP sensor in the front of the intake manifold.

I know the F-body is factory in the rear, but how about other rides? I don't want to drill the intake for a forward MAP when it may cause computer reading issue.

Should I just drill the back and have a slacky wire hanging out? Or is it ok to have it in the front?

it really dont matter where the map sensor is, as long as its in the intake manifold. a vacuum source is a vacuum source
