Default Fast 92 TB install

Finishing up my build on a 99 TA. Put on my 92 intake, just have the TB left and a few small things. When going from stock TB to the fast 92 what hoses actually connect to the Fast TB? I looked the other day and seems only one line goes to it. I know of the TB bypass, which lines do you connect with that?
I know on passenger side you have the PCV fresh and foul lines, and then the coolant tube on drivers side. I did remove ERG/Air. Thanks for the help need to get this car going before its buried in the snow

I only have the PVC hose...There is no inlet/outlets for the coolant line.

Maybe I am unclear, I need to know what lines you hook together for the TB bypass. I know the old TB has one line on each side at the bottom, and I am assuming those are the two you hook together

Correct. Just connect the two 'sides' together and good to go. I just got a barb fitting for the size hose (can't remember off the top of my head) from the hardware store when I did my bypass. Also snagged a few worm clamps to go with it. No issues so far.
