Air injection tube..can I get rid of it?
I got the block off plates for my air injection and I was wondering where does that tube run to on the drivers side? Can I just cut it or do I have to find where it goes and then get rid of it? What did you guys do?
Thanks

You will have to get block off plates for the exhaust manifolds / headers. Also you may hear a whistling noise coming from behind the driver side headlight because of the pump.

I just put block-off plates at the headers, pulled the pipes and tubes, and pulled the fuse for the air pump. When its smog time, 10 minutes puts it all back in.

how come everything throws a code unless you block it?? and, does it cause the car to run any different when you do it??
and what does the air injection do? I heard it was just to warm up the cats when the car is cold. that true???
(yes I am new to this lol)
