Default compression/eE85 help !!!!!!!!

So here is the deal guys , i just picked up a set of 243 heads and i want to run 11:1 compression to gain some low end torque , i will be running Trickflow cam so i can pass smog in CA, Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift -- 216°
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift -- 220°
Advertised Intake Duration -- 283°
Advertised Exhaust Duration -- 286° 560/560 max lift 114 lsa.

1) Should i have the heads milled .0065 and run a cometic .040 gasket to get 11:1 ?

2)Will this Combo be good to run E85 /91 octane ?

3) estimated rwhp ?

any advise will help guys i have ls6 intake , pacesetter shorties, bassani ory already

you can pretty much mill as much as you want with that cam. I would go to 11.5 myself

91 octane and E85 shouldn't even be in the same sentence.

Choose one.

I would go way higher on e85, I'm running 11.5 on pulp ( 98 octane though here in Australia ) I'm planning on jumping to e85 in the future and going to 13:1
