can anyone tell me are the 2002 ls1 and 2002 lm7 water pump the same?

No they are not. The upper radiator hose pipe is 90deg different. The truck water pump pipe hits the ls6 intake/TB, the truck intake sits higher.

LM7 water pump....



LS1 pump...

i have a lm7 in my truck i have a ls1 im building the water pump in the truck went up and i dont have the money for a new one think i can get away with using the ls1?

No, the pulley spacing is different between f body and truck pumps.
And use punctuation.
