I've got a SLP 85mm maf sensor. It was installed the same time as the FAST 102 and tune. I'm pretty sure all the aftermarket sensors require a tune.

I bought a GM 85mm MAF from a 01-06 Yukon. Part# 160794647076. Works great and was cheap. I bought the 5 WIRE MAF TO LS1 3 wire harness adapter
Item # 250960779906 and use my current IAT sensor plug. You can buy the casper's adapter if you want to remove your IAT sensor from your lid.

You need a maf, a tune, an adapter and possibly a bellow.

And you won't gain squat from any of it.

Variety of 85mm MAFs, used the stock TB bellow with
a bit of careful persuasion and running the Z06 MAF
tables from some 'vette year or other (more fueling-
accurate after the cam swap, while a truck table was
better pre-H/C/I). I have been using the descreened
truck MAF for many years now. That (descreening) is
your sole upside and a descreened 85mm vs a descreened
stocker, gains you minimal airflow / pressure drop at a
cost to maximum air mass range that can be tracked.
I did hog out one 85mm to match 75mm freq:freq but
by the time I got there, it had become pretty unstable
(had to remove all of the center divider).

I run a 100mm tube with LS3 MAF and a sonax screen. Works just fine. You WILL need a tune though. The MAF table however, is really easy to tune as long as you have a wideband.
