Default LS6 Intake seals.?

I purchased a used LS6 intake it didnt come with the stock seals where it meets the heads, can I reuse the old ones from my LS1 intake or do I have to get some new 1s? Anyone have a part # for these or the price?

I had to buy 8 when I painted my intake manifold. I looked at them and they were extremely flat- I don't think I would have gotten a good seal out of them. I didn't pay anymore than $2 per gasket. It's piece of mind to replace the gaskets, I ALWAYS do it whenever I take something apart, even if they are 'reusable'.

has anyone ever tried turning them around? They look brandnew underneath...the only trick is you have to cut the little tag on one corner to make it fit.

My Z06 intake has been on and off a number of times on two cars..no problem...they are very reuseable....keep in mind that u don't tork em down very tight..they seal up great...just my 2 cents

I agree, my intake had been taken off several times when troubleshooting burnt valves and bad rings. Plus I was having some funky LTFT's problems. I figured it was just good to check off on a list of what I did.
