ATR Pitbull Exhaust system

ATR Pitbull Exhaust system
I am looking at getting a catback system for my 98TA. I was looking at the ATR pitbull. I know it sounds good on my Buick with no drone. I am looking for something quiet with no drone for the TA. Is anyone running this catback? Also how much HP and ET gain from a catback like the ATR?
Thanks

I have the Stainless version of this and have run it for 4 years. With LT and ORY it is loud but not bad. When on the stock manifolds it was a lot quieter.
I very much recommend this cat back for an F-body. With a catback and lid change I picked up ~.35 if I remember right. That was a lot of mods ago.

ATR Pitbull
The system is a single 3inch crossflow design, most of the exhuast exits the driver side. Soundclip would be to hear what a LS1 sounds like with that system.
The random tech looks like the same system though

I have an ATR system on my car with SLP LT's and cats. I love it. It is quiet at idle but you still can hear the rumble. When the RPM's climb it gets loud. where I autox they have sound limits of 95 db at 50 ft in second gear at approx 3000 rpm it was in the high 80's, but a run made in 1st hit the meter at 98db with the car at 5800-6200 rpm. I am installing a vortex sound cone in the dr side tailpipe that is removeable so if I get near the limits again I can install the cone.
If you look at the muffler it is straight thru to the Dr side tailpipe. very little goed thru the mufflers baffles to the pass side.

I have that kit on my stock 98SS. fits good, but the hangers could be better.
it's like 1 step louder than my stk SS exhaust. pleasant tone, mild at idle, makes
it's self known under throttle. no dyno runs but, did help power.
nice kit for someone looking for something close to stock in db.

#'s to back this up. well, other than the sotp!
with cats this system is lightyears better than my stk SS.
stk, the exhaust note seemed as if it was right under the drivers
seat with the atr it's out the back.
again with cats, this is something you can live with everyday
and not worry about the fuzz or going deaf.

As far as noise lavel, I have hooker long tubes ORY and the ATR catback for exhaust. I also have a big cam and S2 heads. All of this makes for a loud car. At idle or cruise (under 2800 RPM) this is a very civil setup even with the tops out. At WOT 6000+ RPM it is loud. It does look like it will flow better than most Catbacks that I have seen. Before H/C I made 356 RWHP with boltons FWIW.
