Default New Pacesetter Header Pics!!!

Here's some quick pics of the new Pacesetter headers! They're way better quality than before! They feature new flanges, a completely new Y pipe, and they were recently redesigned so they clear the kmember!!

Sweet!!! Can't wait to get mine. I'm sure Trevor can't wait for me to get them either. He's probably getting tired of me calling him.

Thumbs up

The headers look quite similar but still very nice but that Y pipe looks like a great improvement in the merge area.

Wouldn't that apply to almost any LT/ORY set up?
The LM sounds best on a stock manifold/stock cats set up, a heads/cam/headers/ORPs car should have some sort of muffler behind them to sound 'right' IMO.
For flow and weight savings though, not much will beat a LM.

I called Fred at pacesetter. I have one of the first runs of pacesetters made for the LS1. I told him my problem and he is shipping my new revised driver side header coated at no charge to me. My Y pipe has been modified. So I didnt need to get the new y pipe. Good luck I hope you get yours taken care of. Thanks Fred if your reading this

Bought mine in Dec and put them on at the end of Jan. and my coating on the headers are comming off and startin to look a little rusty + got sent the wrong passenger side header to boot (took EGR and AIR off instead). Not to mention slag in the Y-pipe and banging on the floor board and the torque arm! Gets !! Let me know what you guys find out!

Yeah, pretty much any LT headers + Loudmouth is gonna sound like crap... it'd just be crazy loud and unrefined.
I have a Loudmouth, but I have plans to switch to something else when I get headers.

I just ordered a set of these from TSP today. They look nice from the pics on this thread. I hope they fit as well as they are supposed to! I'm ditching my SLP LM for Lane's true duals.
