Default dex cool, where to buy

Is this a dealer only product or will most auto parts stores carry this.
Also, I am going to be draining the radiator this weekend. Do I need to actually flush the system with water or just do a 50/50 mix of dex cool and water once all fluid is drained out of the radiator plug?

just buy one gallon if u are only draining the radiator, 50 50 mix it yourself dont waster the money for their water and their time mixing it, plus u will have some extra laying around. ithink 2 gallons of total fluid, water and coolant, should fill it up but im not sure i flush mine out totally every time i do it

Texaco and probably others are now making DexCool
approved juice. I buy a gallon of distilled water ($1)
and mix them 50:50 into another jug. Just cause I
don't trust city water to drink, myself, so why should
the car?
