Default tracking down a exhaust leak , possibly on manifold

Hey guy , I just installed long tubes , used New gm exhaust manifold gaskets .

everything seemed fine at first but now after a few days I swear it sounds like I have a leak . It's very hard to tell because I'm cammed with dual springs , but I hear the cam lope in the leak vs the typical valve spring sewing machine sound .

Any trick to actually pin pointing the leak ? I'm just not completely certain it's leaking .

I was thinking of running some seafoam through the brake booster to create some smoke , otherwise I'm out of ideas
