Default coils: car vs truck

Im building a 347 inch LM7 for my third gen camaro. I was wondering what coils are better to use, stock truck or stock car? What are the differences, are there any specific year/model coils that are better, and how can I test mine to be sure they're good? I currently have the factory 99' LM7 5.3 coils with who knows how many miles. Appreciate the input.

As well as single coils did for decades, how much more gain can there be beyond coil per cylinder.
By the 90s ignition "upgrades" we're more about separating a fool from his money than they were actual upgrades.
You have coils that came with the engine, just assume they are good till you have some REASON to suspect otherwise.
Spend your money elsewhere.
