Default Engine replacement -- What to replace during the swap

Assuming the new engine arrives next week, I'll be replacing my 155000 mile 5.3L with a TMS 5.7L long block. I'm trying to think of everything I should replace in the process of the swap. What I have so far:

Motor Mounts
Harmonic Balancer (PowerForce)
Harmonic Balancer bolt (ARP)
oil pan gasket
Timing chain cover with new cam sensor & gasket
Crank Sensor
2 knock sensors
water pump
thermostat and housing
MSD 8.5mm wires
NKG TR55 plugs
intake manifold gaskets
Valve cover gaskets

What else should be replaced when installing a new long block? What am I forgetting that would be a pain in the butt to replace once the new motor is in, or should just be replaced when replacing a motor?

Default

Rear main seal and rear cover gasket.
Timing cover gasket and seal.
Oil pump and pick up tube O ring.
Knock sensor harness
Don't forget to reinstall / replace the oil "BAR BELL" that goes behind the rear cover.
