Default Intake upgrade on ls1 what can I expect?

Planning on running something similar to this setup
Edelbrock pro-flo XT efi manifold
Not sure on what brand but 90mm tb and a granatelli mass air flow sensor and bigger air bellow and cold air on my 1999 corvette I'm wanting a rough estimate on what I might pick up and if this manifold will actually even fit my car

Skip the Granatelli MAF, really not a company you want to buy anything from. A friend made the mistake of buying one for his LT1 ran it awhile till I found out and told him to remove it and we decided to document the way it miss-reports airflow.

I installed it on my car and went to drive to a stretch of road I could log WOT and it died before I could even get there.

What else is done to the car?

Pro Flo XT works to 7000 rpm, you can use a 92mm TB on them, they have tapered runners that make a flatter torque curve, look nice too. Think S.D. tune though, forget the MAF

Pretty Sure Pro-Flow XT will not fit under stock 99 C5 Hood!
Better of waiting for MSD or FAST 102W/ Medium Length Runners,
Or shorter race runners if you have engine mods for it.
I have 99 C5 Also, Patiently Waiting! LOL!

I could buy a cowl hood and it would be awesome if anybody knew where I could get one for less than 850$ since I'll have to have it painted too but I'm waiting until I'm out of highschool and have my 83 chevy running before I do anything internally to the motor just bolt ons for now and any other things that you guys think would help would be appreciated

Look at VFNfiberglass
They were pretty reasonable for the hood on my Caprice.

Do you think a 3 inch cowl could clear that or would I have to go 5? I didn't imagine it being that big and if not holley makes a slightly shorter version I'm sure would
