Default Retrofit motor mounts, what would you use given a choice?

Since I am going to do my own motor mounts, the sky is the limit (my wallet isn't, so, don't get too exotic). In the realm of soft, cush'iony plus vibration dampening options, what would you go with? I only know of the clamshell design and the corvette pogo stick design. If I go pogo sick design, I could always get the BMW fluid filled units.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks

Questions, not answers, I'm considering using the pogo stick ones that came with the 2013 police caprice car donor I bought, wondering if there are any problems, engine in the caprice seems to move freely, exhaust pipe off the manifold also have an accordion section for free movement would I need to use this also? Has anyone tried retrofitting the cast engine mount the pogo attaches to with a rubber engine mount, are there any threads out there that cover this?
