White smoke in the exhaust when first starting a cold engine is normal condensation turning into steam. However, it is possible that coolant is getting into the combustion chamber. Your engine’s head gaskets may be failing or you may have a cracked head.

I'd think moisture first too but that fourth plug doesn't look good.

Also.. about that plug...

It looks just like mine looked after doing my H/C swap... All it is is carbon fouling. You need to have your tune tweaked and your plugs will be clean as a whistle. Well, at least that solved the problem for me..
