Does anyone have this intake on their Camaro/Firebird? Did you have issues with it clearing the knock sensor harness?
I was supposed to tune this dudes Camaro. When he told me that his mechanic didnt install his knock sensor harness, I asked why and he said the mechanic told him the intake wouldnt sit all the way down. The mechanic claims the knock sensor harness was causing interference.
Anyone have this problem?

I have the intake, but it is on an ls3 block, so the valley cover does not have the knock sensors in it, they have been moved to the sides of the block.
I can't imagine the intake not having enough space to clear the wires for the knock sensors but who knows. I know the bottom of the intake has spaces specifically for the bolts holes for the valley cover, but I'm not sure about clearance for the wires.
As you can see, there is reinforcement ribs that run along the bottom of the intake, so a little bit of grinding/sanding and it should be no problem to run a wire along there.

Yeah no kidding. Water pump, fuel rails, and water vent lines don't fit on an LS1, plus they want another $30 for a throttle cable bracket. They dropped the ball on this thing big time.

LS1 fuel rail won't fit. You can use the LS1 injectors, you'll just need some extra hardware to make them work with LS2 rails. MSD sells a kit for it, but after price gouging me for an intake that they shouldn't even be marketing as an LS1 intake, they can take their extra parts and shove 'em where the sun don't shine!
