MAF mounting location LS3/F-body/Holley Hi-Ram
Hello,
I am trying to get an idea of where to mount my card style MAF sensor in my intake tube?
Should I mount it as close to the TB as possible?
OR
Down on the tube that is under the radiator support. The tube runs down under the support and 10" to the cone filter. If I mount the MAF on this part of the tube, should it be in the center between the filter and 45 degree bend or closer up to the 45 degree bend?
Hope the picture help.... I'll try to post more tomorrow
Thanks

Thank you!
J&S polishing in Colorado Springs did it for me last year. Its a hi- Rami. He has done a few of them, but since they are such a PITA he doesn't do too many anymore.
Its a 418ci, TSP L92 heads. Getting ready to tune it soon. Old set up with FAST 102/102 combo made 565 RWHP / 500 RWTQ thru M6 and moser 12 bolt on 28" slicks. I ran the care twice with the previous combo with a high DA over 6000 11.40 @ 119 and 11.28 @ 120
