Default Silicone gasket maker between throttle body and intake?

Can I use silicone gasket maker along with the O-ring between my throttle body and intake? The O-ring won't stay put when I put the throttle body on, so I think I have a leak.

I am thinking about covering the O-ring with gasket maker to keep it in place.

I'd use some silicone grease to hold it in place (Sil Glyde) to get it to stay put.

It looks like the problem is the O-ring on the 102mm-92mm spacer. It is barely thicker than the channel for it. I used red RTV to hopefully help. I might have to get a better O-ring from F.A.S.T. If the RTV doesn't work.
