Anyone out there still making and selling E Fan Harnesses so I can ditch my clutch fan and control the temps w HP Tuners?

Yes running 2 speeds require the fans be wired together for low. Fans generally only run one speed.

You could always just purchase a pack of harness pins for the pcm, a relay, and some wire. It is REALLY easy. Unbolting the clutch type fan and securing the e-fans is 99% of the work.

If I get time I will dig up the connector diagram. I believe I found the one I used on the performancetrucks forum. There is a ton of confusing info on how to get 2 fans to work in the common factory manner, but making 1 fan work properly is no problem at all.

I used 2 relays. I have both my fans working as they should be. Read the diagrams on lt1swap.com

Pin 42 blue is for fan #1. Pin #33 red/green is for fan #2 AC. If u dont have ac u can run both fans off the #42 pin.
