I am picking up a 2002 WS6 Thursday. I ordered the Speed Engineering 1-7/8 long tube headers, the true dual kit out the back, the panhard bar & relocating kit, and a set of lowering springs. I will post pics and a video once I get everything done. This will be my 4th WS6 in the past 10 years. Looking forward to another toy. Currently, this car is 100% stock. So, I have a lot of work to do....
I am just over the bridge in VA from you. If you get it on, I'd love to hear it in person.

For those of you that have used our exhaust products over last few years would you mind leaving us a Google review. Apparently in the last three years we have setup our Google page no one uses it for reviews besides of course the 1% that had a horrible experience. One guy was trying to install our truck exhaust on an Avalanche instead of a silverado, and the other guy was going to remove his comment after we helped him fix the issue, but never did. Either way we just need a handful of reviews to give average customer an honest opinion of our company. If a few of you guys wouldn't mind leaving one we would really appreciate it. Here is the link:

Solomon....Didn't you have the Blackheart system on when I met you at Pat G? I really like the looks at fitment of this system....After Bad Chad gets my block swap done this spring, this is what I will be putting on before taking her back to Pat for the new tune...

Been a while since I checked the thread. I torched a block and head on my way home from the muffler shop. Here's my thoughts for the 30 minutes I got to enjoy it. Keep in mind, I'm twin turbo.
Normal cruising there's really no drone. It's a very respectable note to listen to. WOT it's loud as ****. Normal cruising won't **** people off. It has a little bit of rasp when you throw a revv but it's not like my last true dual system, it was awful. There needs to be more up and down adjustment on the tail pipes. I have the mwc body mount torque arm and sliding it through that wedges it up against the floor. Wrap the pipe with exhaust wrap. It's wedged so tight though it won't rattle.
I really like this exhaust system. Totally worth the $500

Is your MWC body mount torque arm crossmember the style for stock or kooks true duals? I also have a MWC body mount torque arm but have the crossmember that goes up and allows the TSP and others style true duals under the crossmember. I'm gonna buy this rear exit true dual system, even if i have to buy another torque arm crossmember.

just wow. thank you for making affordable exhaust components that are actually quality parts. paying a grand for headers, 500 for a y pipe and 1500+ for an over axle true dual system is utterly ridiculous, and for the majority of people, is out of our price range to get quality parts. 95% of hobby-ists/ enthusiasts don't care about paying an extra grand for 'potentially' gaining 10hp.

Just ordered the over the axle kit yesterday! Seen the price and I couldn't believe my eyes! Been wanting a true dual set up but didn't want to pay 1,800!! I have a cam only (235/240@.050 .610/.612 112lsa) full exhaust/tuned 2000 Camaro SS.. I will post pics and video of install and sound of exhaust.. says it won't get here till 2/24 though but we'll see

Anybody have the axle dump version? I'm thinking of picking that up vs. the over the axle since I just want a cheap TD setup and I'm not daily driving my Z28. Any pitfalls during installation or is it pretty straight forward?
When attaching the rear hangers, are most people drilling through the floor and using bolts?
Also, 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 headers? I'm buying both at the same time!

EDIT: Nevermind I saw the previous post mentioned the size of the mufflers. I assume they're still glassplacks, though.
Anybody know a good replacement muffler that will fit? I'm assuming Magnaflow. Going to get one when I buy this.

I have my car in the air on ramps in my garage with my prior system fully out (bbk/TSP catback) and before i do my motor mounts i was test fitting to see if the SE 1 7/8 headers would slide in, the driver side seems to just need the steering shaft unbolted no big deal, but my issue is i cant seem to get the car high enough to get the passenger header in. Ive maxed out the jack and it seems i still need another 4" of lift at least. The front of the car is on ramps and the rear axle is on stands, been lifting the k member up with a floor jack. Im nervous that the block of wood method would be unsafe lifting the tires off the front ramps and having all the weight on the front floor jack and rear axle stands. Anybody else having a similar height issue on a garage floor install of this system?
On a positive note the welds and quality of the system has surprised me so far from what ive unpackaged and looked over, was very pleased with the quality so far.

I've used a piece of 4"x4" wood on my floor jack to get some extra height. I would jack up each corner of the car a few inches at a time. I would keep the ramps under the wheels as a safety. I also like using a piece of 1/2" plywood between the top of the jack stand and the car frame. The jack stand will definitely bite into the bottom of the plywood a little, and the frame imperfections will bite into the top of the plywood. A piece of carpet remnant works great for something to lie on while you're under there. I've actually fallen asleep while working under a car
Good luck and be safe!
