Phew...only half thrown belt...tensioner?

Phew...only half thrown belt...tensioner? I looked under the hood today and my belt was half off (like half the ribs were still on, looked like crap) on the tensioner and power steering. Everything on the bottom was still intact. I would think it is the tensioner, but I just want a second opinion. Should I get the adjustable from Katech?

I had the same issue after I installed my G5X3 cam. I threw 2 belts one day after another, and I said fack that, I bought the Thunder/Katech one and haven't had one problem since!
