I was doing motor mounts today and needed to cut my pace Y pipe... For kicks i looked in and saw the merge area...HALF THAT DAMN THING IS COVERED...wtf.. THey could have atleast grinded that crap off... SO the drivers side flows half what the pass side can...

Buy a true collector merge. Flowmaster makes them, and have your exhaust shop fab it into the Pacesetter y-pipe.

The Pacesetter that I had was just 2 pipes that were cut open and spliced together. It looked like ***. But they do slip fit with your catback.
