Default Confused...O2 sensors vary, swapped O2s, same thing...sparkplugs?

I have been have a .025 difference in my readings consistently (drivers side .890, passenger side .915), so I swapped the O2 sensors and they are still different. WOT should have changed immediately right? (LTRIMS are positive, I am between tunes), and my average LTRIMS are just about the same variance as usual. I went back to my pre-header, and pre-cam logs, and found that I had just as (if not more) variance. Is this maybe a sparkplug issue? I am running Bosch Platinum +4s, and getting knock with stock timing above 3-3500k, and of course my abnormal O2 readings. I about ready to just throw some NGK TR-55s in there to see if it clears up. When I pulled the plugs for the cam swap they seemed fine, but I gues that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Help? Please?

Thermal differences matter more than mixture
differences, out on the rich-side "flat top" of
the stock narrowband sensor curve, said sensor
being non-temperature-compensated. Physical
manifold or header differences likely account for
some significant thermal discrepancy.
