Default TD's going in on Monday..

I found a shop, and they quoted me 375 for full install 2.5" dumping at the axle...

If I wanted mandrel bends it will be 150 more...

Mandrel bends worth it, or should I just go with the top quote and be done with it?

Is that $375 if they provide the mufflers, x-pipe, etc? If so thats a killer deal, and I would for for the mandrel bends.

$525 for dumped duals is a rip off. It's not difficult to weld up some straight pipes into and after an X, after any exhaust manifolds. In fact a y pipe is more difficult to construct and quality muffler shops only charge ~$200 for that if you bring them your own parts. Finally mandrel is the only way to go.

Yes... thats a but too much. I paid $200 for mine with press bends when I provided the mufflers and x-pipe.

I'm gonna talk em down if I can... I can always find another shop, but the more I think about it, it seems a little steep to me, considering I already have the x, cat, and mufflers, and all the stock exhaust is already pulled out...

I'll see what they say tomorrow

Texas-Speed sells the flowtech (I think) and their own set-up. I try to stay away from anything ebay for generic performance parts.

Mendrel bending is a must and get that price down a bit! You will love the TD's btw!!

I got them to put the duals on for $350, that included mandrel bends, and flange's put on the LT's, so I can unbolt it if I need to.

Sounds great, has a nice lobe coming from the cam, I just need a tune now, I dont have any 02sims or anything for the rear 02's so it's running really rich right now.

Driver side cat hangs a little low, I've already scraped a speed bump... other than that I'm happy.
