Default how to install LT headers

i have 2000 M6 Z28 and i want to get the 1-7/8" QTP race headers with high velocity collectors and thier y-pipe from QTP. how to install these headers is it as the LT1 from above by taking one engine mount's bolt and raising the engine on 1 side to slide the header at this side and the same thing for the other side header OR i read once that those LT's are installed from bellow the engine is that correct? will the header slide easily from underneath without lifting the engine? which way is easier to install the LT's? thanks.

LTs go in from the bottom on an LS1 F-body. You don't have to lift the engine. QTPs should slide right in. My SuperMaxx LTs did.

Not to sound like jrp or anything, but read the sticky at the top of this forum. Helped me out a lot.
