Default Engine Fuseblock Question - What's Hot Key-On??

I had changed the wiring for my tilton oil scavenge pump ( Incon kit ) to only run when the fuel pump does, ie only the first 3 seconds of ignition, or when the car is running. I'm getting an oil leak out of the passenger turbo and I'm wondering if that's my problem. So I want to wire it in to a fuse that is only active when the key is in the ON position. Which one can I tap into?
