Default AIR/EGR/Rear O2 Sensor Deletes?

Where or how can I get the AIR/EGR/Rear O2 sensor codes deleted? I installed Pacesetter Race Headers and removed all AIR and EGR hoses and such, and I also have no rear O2 sensors so I want to get this stuff taken care of so I am not throwing codes.

Get a mail order tune or get the tuning software yourself...I went the latter route and just got rid of them myself. Had to wait a year though

Get your own tuning software. At least then, you would not have to send your PCM to them for any futire changes. With you own software, you can tune to your hearts content.

Or...(this thought just occurred to me)...find someone with a 2000 license to HPTuners, pay them $20 or so and have them take care of them for you. It is a 5 minute job.
